We are seeking two high-energy Staffing Sales & Business Development Managers with deep experience in Light Industrial Staffing. You’ll be the face of our division in Jacksonville, FL location — responsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement growth strategies focused on revenue and client satisfaction
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and prospective clients
  • Schedule and lead meetings with potential customers
  • Promote Naztec’s staffing services tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate, prepare, and close staffing contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and revenue
  • Deliver after-sales support and client retention services
  • Coach and mentor entry-level sales team members

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in light industrial staffing
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience in customer/client support
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus)
  • Proficient with CRM tools and reporting

COMPENSATION

  • Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 (Based on experience)
  • Sales Commission 10 % of Gross Profit (after expenses & burden)
