1. Plan, Design, and Implement Private and Public cloud
2. Determine customer requirements and design VMware based solutions architectures spanning VMware’s product portfolio from the vSphere to vRealize Suite to meet the business requirements for range of clients with various sizes and across verticals.
3. Design and Implement of Data Center Migration from on premises to Cloud POC and On Premises to Hosting Datacenters.
4. Develop solution architecture supporting Datacenter Transformation Program
5. Respond to various Datacenter Transformation RFPs from clients and provide and present Design, Architecture and Cost solutions
6. Design, Install and configuring of Server class hardware like Dell, IBM, UCS and HP
7. Design, Install, Configure VMware ESXi vSphere 6 environments with VirtualCenter management, DRS, HA, vMotion.
8. Configure and Manage Disaster recovery environment using VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM)
9. Install and Manage the Automation of virtual machines using vRA and vRO for critical cloud environments.
10. Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software
11. Provide training and support for users and teams on server hardware and software
12. Create of scripts for Automation of day to day task using Phyton/Powershell
13. Configure and Build Windows 2008 & 2012 based IIS server for all the Internet facing Web Applications
14. Build and configure SQL Database servers for business-critical applications
15. Install and Configure Dell and HP Blade chassis and building of servers for business requirements
16. Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware in critical production environment
17. Use the following technologies: Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, AWS, SQL, PowerShell, Python & VMware VDI solutions.
18. Research of new technologies by attending trainings, reading technology articles and implement or recommend the implementation of new technologies.
19. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations for critical production applications
20. Create and revise operational and support procedure documents
21. Maintain logs related to system and network functions

Travel:
The only travel required is when relocating to within commuting distance of unanticipated client locations anywhere in the U.S. for long-term assignments.

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week; Mon to Fri 9 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or its closely related field.

Experience:
60 months experience in the job offered or in the alternate job occupation of Lead Consultant, Associate – Projects, I.T. Analyst, IT Field Support Engineer, System Administrator, or closely related occupation. Out of 60 months, at least 24 months of experience to include experience in:
• VMware, Citrix, AWS, Linux & Windows
• Experience in Powershell, Python & SQL DB
• Converged and Hyper-Converged server hardware like Dell, CiscoUCS, HP and IBM
