Job Duties:

    1. Supervise two employees i.e. Accounting Officer and HR Administrator that are responsible for performing financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll, payables and budgeting duties for the company.
    2. Create financial business plan and financial feasibility report for the business expansion including IPO markets, private equity, banking, and other avenues.
    3. Prepare reports that include the degree of risk involved in obtaining credit or borrowing money. Interact with the company’s bank and lenders and to supervise the company’s financial requests for the company’s expansion including, but not limited to: bank loans, line of credits, gap loans, letter of credits, SBA line of credits, SBA loans, bridge loans and invoice factoring.
    4. Interact with SBA and EXIM bank to favorably obtain credit terms, pre-export financing, letters of guarantee and export credit insurance for the company’s exports.
    5. Interact with private lenders for invoice factoring, pre-export financing, asset based lending.
    6. Interact with attorneys and stakeholders regarding the possibility of creating a brand new EB-5 Regional center Formation and/or Exemplar project filing.
    7. Creating new corporate resolutions, administrative plans, review and finalize securities documents, private placement memorandum, offering circular, subscription agreement, term sheet
    8. Review and/or create risk factors, escrow agreements, summary of offerings, loan documents, corporate documents, economic impact reports etc.
    9. Supervise treasury management and related products including but not limited to Wire Module, ACH module, RTP module and other treasury management products.
    10. Create weekly, monthly inventory reports, A/R reports and monthly borrowing base certificate forms required for the banking services of the company.
    11. Manage cash collections, inventory control, asset-based lending, and cash disbursements on a daily and weekly basis.
    12. Coordinate with external auditors for inventory appraisals and audits. Attend to audit irregularities pointed out in audit reports.
    13. Create weekly and monthly payable reports and introduce audit control mechanisms including creating innovative and custom audit check points for every financial activity in the company.
    14. Conduct and/or coordinate audits of company accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and statutes.
    15. Report to President & CTO about asset utilization and audit results and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
    16. Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial and management reports, including income statement, balance sheet, budget and variance, projections and forecast, and cash flow
    17. Provide direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures and efficient control and utilization of financial resources.
    18. Supervise the Accounting Officer and HR Administrator and assign jobs relevant to accounts payable, accounts receivable, new hire on boarding, benefits administration, and broker relationship management.
    19. Monitor and evaluate the performance of accounting and other financial staff, recommending and implementing personnel actions, such as promotions and dismissals.
    20. Delegate authority for the receipt, disbursement, banking, protection, and custody of funds, securities, and financial instruments.
    21. Prepare and file annual tax returns or prepare financial information so that outside accountants can complete tax returns.
    22. Supervise all aspects of employee insurance, benefits, and casualty programs, including monitoring changes in health insurance regulations and creating budgets for benefits and worker’s compensation.
    23. Supervise all aspects of the company’s insurance policies including but not limited to General Liability Policy, Workers Compensation, Umbrella Policy, Cyber Security policy, Automobile policy, Crime & Fidelity Policy, Professional Liability etc.

Work Schedule

    40 hours per week; Mon to Fri 9 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.


    Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Employer will accept single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or professional credentials determined to be equivalent by a qualified evaluation service.


    36 months (three years) of experience in the job offered or as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager or closely related occupation. Experience to include, 36 months (three years) of experience in: asset-based lending, inventory appraisals, asset utilization and attending to audit irregularities.
