Job Description:

    Client has created a team to develop artificial intelligence-based technology and appointed a lead for its newly combined payments businesses, as part of an ongoing push to strengthen its digital offerings.

    Client’s AI team will work on creating technology that can help the bank provide more personalized customer service through its bankers and online.

    Client sees an increasing number of opportunities to better leverage data to provide personalized customer service through our bankers and digital channels. To accelerate the company’s efforts, a new Artificial Intelligence Enterprise Solutions team has been created

    Experience with Agile methodology (and tools for managing Agile projects like JIRA, Github, etc), and experience with AI/Natural Language Processing desirable (chatbots, virtual assistants, text analytics).
    Good at producing PDD, BRD, use cases, user stories, other related product documentation; digging in, asking good questions, connecting the dots, articulating things clearly in writing. Strong communication skills – very proactive and takes ownership.
